The mission of this Working Group is to support 2014 SMART Goal 6, which is to develop web-based approved permitting process for mechanical change-outs.

This Working Group is aligned with California Energy Efficiency Strategic Plan (CEESP) Goal 2: New climate-appropriate HVAC technologies (equipment and controls, including system diagnostics) are developed with accelerated marketplace penetration.
