The Performance Alliance has several bodies that do the work to advance its objectives.
- The Performance Alliance is a large body that meets periodically to make recommendations to utility program planners and other stakeholders.
- The committees do the detailed work, often on very specific topics, and make recommendations to the Performance Alliance. The committees each have different schedules for meetings.
- The Steering Committee meets monthly, and handles the business of the Alliance, with advice from the committees and the Administrative committee.
