Executive Committee

The Executive Committee (EC) is the top leadership committee of the WHPA.  The EC has both strategic and tactical responsibilities.

The WHPA charter has established 14 members of the Executive Committee.  Members are organizations, not individuals.Executive Committee leadership is shared by two Co-Chairs, one selected by permanent members from their EC membership, and the other selected by elected members from the COA. The current Co-Chairs of the EC are Jeremy Reefe with SDG&E and Bob Baker with ASHRAE.

Residential Upstream Working Group

A Working Group of the Executive Committee

The Executive Committee of the WHPA formed this Working Group, which held its first meeting on February 28 and is meeting weekly until the week of May 10, 2013. The goal is to provide broad HVAC industry input to the IOUs as they define their Residential Upstream program proposal for submission to the CPUC. All WHPA stakeholder categories are invited to participate.
