Invitation to March 8th Webinar on Results of "Impact Evaluation of 2013-14 HVAC Commercial Quality Maintenance Programs"

To parties interested in HVAC EM&V Draft Reports in R.13-11-005:
On March 1, 2016, Commission Staff and its evaluation consultants released draft 2013-2014 Evaluation, Measurement, and Verification (EM&V) reports, among them "Impact Evaluation of 2013-14 HVAC3 Commercial Quality Maintenance Programs." A series of public in-person webinars will be held from March 8th to March 10th to present the results relevant to specific technologies and sectors. The one for the above referenced HVAC report is scheduled on March 8 from 10 AM - 12 PM.
The CPUC requests that Stakeholders review this report in advance of the webinar and use the time as an opportunity to ask clarifying questions of Commission Staff and its evaluation consultants. The results of these studies, and data collected from the field, will be used in part or in whole to update deemed savings estimates (DEER or Non–DEER work papers) and for the Efficiency Savings Performance Incentive (2014 ex–post) process.

PUBLIC COMMENTS DUE March 15, 2016
The draft evaluation reports will be posted on the CPUC’s Public Document Area (http://www.energydataweb.com/cpuc/search.aspx) by March 1, 2016 and will be open for comment until March 15, 2016.
