The following notification was received yesterday from the CPUC with a subsequent request to disseminate it to our Membership. This is one of several direct requests that we’ve received over the last couple of months and we should all be proud of the great progress the WHPA has made in showing the value of our participation in regulatory and policy activities. Many thanks for your past and continued participation in these important workshops and our sincere appreciation to our regulatory and policy counterparts for helping to ensure that the voices of the WHPA members are heard.

Commission staff will be hosting a DEER2016 Update scoping webinar to discuss and respond to stakeholder comments on the DEER2016 Update Scoping Request for Comments.
DEER2016 Updates will be applied to the 2016 portfolio starting on 1/1/2016. An uncertain measures update will occur in parallel and be applied to the portfolio for 6/1/2015 filings.
